During the global crisis, he was the Advisor to the Minister of Economic Development of Russia focusing on diversification and growth initiatives, including the Russian Direct Investment Fund. Viatcheslav holds a Stanford MBA, M.A. with high honors in International Economics from the State Management University, and B.S. from the American University of Paris. He is a CFA charterholder.
